I had opened 10 packs and didnt get the spark bonus, it just gave me a 1 towards the bonus, but i never got the spark bonus pack. What is this a bug?

Wasted 14 packs just after weekly reset. The first 4 assumed didn't have spark icon but they were all the same stack. Selected 10 at once and slider showed they would advance the meter but after opening, slider still showed 0 progress. Out of packs now!! I just want my reward and wasted 4 additional packs that I was saving for next week's tracker. Give me my reward and don't make those of us lose out.
Was there any compensation for people who opened the packs?

Unfortunately not. Starting to feel like they're avoiding the question.
Could we get free event packs per 10 packs spent? (I.e., 20 normal packs = 2 event packs)
All of us who bought 10 packs to get the event pack spark bonus are clearly expecting a compensation if you want us to ever spend on these ridiculous bugged systems again.
Hahaha same issue here i have been in touch with ea support on email but they didnt help much i oppened just 10 to get the bonus but not only it didn't count i also lost 1 apex pack extra that i had so I really hope we get a compensation, i really love apex i have been playing since launch day but this is truly heartbreaking to me
