Spark bonus not updating

Is there going to be any form of compensation?Or u will just count those packs to spark bonus?

I had the same issue yesterday. Even clipped it. 13 eligible packs and none counted towards the spark bonus.

Hey folks,

Just wanted to update that the issue itself has been corrected and should no longer occur.

We're still looking into the matter of those that opened packs during that period without getting the bonus pack, thanks for the continued patience!

Just add those packs to the spark bonus.It shouldn't be that hard to do.Issue was in game for 1 or 2 hours,so it shouldn't be hard to add those packs to spark bonus.

Can we expect compensation for it?
