Stuck in lobby, no other tabs loading on PS5

I am playing on a ps5 having an issue where my game isn’t loading and I am stuck looking at the lobby. It will not let me select any other tabs like event, challenges, passes, legends locker or store. I can’t look at challenges and if I ready up it tries to put me in a game but when it starts loading the game crashes. Resetting the application doesn't do anything neither does restarting my console or disconnecting or reconnecting the wifi. Additionally all other online games work fine, I played a full game of marvel rivals and there were no connection issues. I am not sure what to do.
