SwitchでAPEX LEGENDSが出来ないバグ

Nintendo SwitchにてApex Legendsをプレイしようとしたのですが認証が始まったのですが二個目の保護者のメールアドレスを入力してくださいという画面にて写真のようになるのですがどうしたらよろしいですか
