As screenshots below, I purchased the ultimate battle pass on Takeover Split 1 and can't get any rewards (Apex coins, skins, packs, exotic shards, etc.). I had contacted EA Help multiple times with my issue and they just CAN'T do anything, not even get me a refund or report it to the system engineer (so what can they EVEN do exactly if their final solution for me is to post the issue on EA Forums myself). Also I missed the Project 19 returns since they told me not to purchase any AC till the bug is fixed (really want that ash skin and the skydive emote).
I finally have the time to post it cause English is not my first language and I'm busy at work, at this point I wouldn't dare to ask for a compensation, just please FIX this bug as soon as possible (and the random skin bug also), so I can purchase my battle pass in Split 2 and have a normal Apex gaming experience.
