When I picked up my teammates banner I couldn’t do any action until I was downed. I couldn’t use my tac, ult, pull out my weapon, or interact with anything pls fix.

I was in a m apex game and I was stuck on my fists I couldn’t pick up a gun , heal , reboot anyone , use and craft stations couldn’t do anything couldn’t punch nothing just rendered helpless

I've had this happen to me before too (on PS4, PS5, and PC); forcing the app/game close then reopening Apex fixed it for me.
Same thing happened to me, I was picking up teamates banner in storm.
