Why my account rolled back?

When I started Apex I was bad, a beginner a newbie. Now I'm getting better, Finally got my account to K/D 1 and 20kills on Mirage, Ballistic, Caustic, Valkyrie and Octane badge. I have 1.2k blue crystals and stuff. Now this season keeps on crashing. So I moved back to EA from Steam. When I logged in, all of my achievements, badges, new skins, new gun skins and my crystals are gone. WHY!!!!!!!!!!!
