your ea sight is horrid

I have a ryzen 9 9950 x3d with a 5080 and when i play wild card my game will have stutters and hitches where my cpu skyrockets to 100% used and my gpu goes to 0% used and i have tried many fixes to make it use the right caches but if you could help or make an update to help it would be much appreciated please and thank you
