45 XP Bug?

I was in a bot lobby in Battlefield 6 with some friends today, after the recent patches. After spending about an hour there, we wanted to play multiplayer. Now we’ve noticed that both of us only get 45 player XP and 45 weapon XP each round — no matter what we play, how many points we score, or how long the match lasts. It’s always just 45 XP — nothing more. What’s the problem?

We’ve already restarted the PC, reinstalled Battlefield, and reset the router — nothing helps. I can’t find any information about this issue online.
