A few Bug Reports Including a possible cheat I found

After playing for a few maps, the game starts to micro freeze for 1 seconds from then to then (like it is generating shaders or something) and that follows until I restart the game completely. First/Second map is flawless but after then it starts.

Using Radeon RX 7800 XT and an AMD Ryzen 5700X3D with latest bios (3634) B550 Tuf Gaming Pro

This issues was before I updated the bios and the drivers (25.9.1 to 25.10.1)

This continue until I restart the game completely. This was not in the Beta.

Then I notice that sometimes I get killed by some person (this happened in beta to) It says I either get killed by a tank or a stationary 50 cal, when it is clearly a person shooting at me in front of me. 

In the video attached you can clearly see I get shoot and killed by a person called "Vaeneiron" with a gun but the damage feed says it is a guy called Viper in a tank (Which I got killed earlier to)  and this is sort of the same thing, it is always the same guys killing me with a gun but another guy in the kill feed every time (so it is not random). Kill feed says is player 1 but the damage is player 2

This is not the first time this has happened and it is always two guys involved, the one shooting me and then the damage guy (50 cal, tank, heli etc) that is doing the damage. I guess this might be a bug or something, or else some sort of cheat that is trying to masking it self using high caliber weapons. And again this was even in the Beta which made me a bit puzzled.
