Absolutely horrendous lag/stuttering on Golmud after update

Title says it all, Eastwood it’s pretty mild but on Golmud it’s **bleep** awful to play on right now for me on Xbox. It stutters and I get latency issues but only for Golmud, my internet connection is stable and fine, it’s just the map after the the most recent update
