Account Ban - No Violation

Okay guys so i found a way to contact the in chat, on the form when submitting a case choose another game instead of BF6, for example Battlefield Labs or BF 2042 it then gives you the option to chat or email.
however I chatted with a member of support and they told me they can no longer raise appeals on behalf of the customer and directed me to the bans section of my account, I had to explain that there is no ban listed there for me to appeal and that it’s only when i boot up the game, after a lot of back and to they advised they have raised for me, however it can take 10 DAYS TO GET A RESPONSE.
Seems like an absolute mess, I’m glad it’s not just me though.
What got me banned? Played 2 games using xbox controller on Pc, no weird apps only medal and discord open, never typed in game chat and voice chat was on push to talk and i never spoke to anyone. Username is DoN Bezza so not offensive, im genuinely puzzled
