After 1.2.2.0: Vehicle Sensitivity Coupled, Tanks Unusable

Yup tanks are unplayable, and it is even worse with AA vehicles. It is impossible to track any flying aircraft/helicopter. Those are now nerfed to the ground, they cannot serve their main purpose, as tracking flying objects is impossible. I do not know how this passed any tests, as this is a basic functionality to just enter a vehicle and try to hit something in first person.
