Anti-Cheat Startup Crash

My friend has been trying to boot up Battlefield 6 ever since it first came out, and after Season 2 the bug that causes the crash is still there. They were able to play the open and closed beta, but ever since the post launch update, their client always crashes to desktop with the anti-cheat loading screen appears. No error codes, no crash logs, nothing.

Attached are my friend’s hardware specs. What isn’t mentioned in the list is that their GPU is an RTX 3060 with 32gb of RAM.
