Battle Royale Wins Not Counting & Blackout Challenge Rewards Not Granted

I won 4 Battle Royale matches in a row, but none of the victories were counted in my stats or progression.

There were no connection issues, disconnects, crashes, or error messages during any of the matches. Everything completed normally, and I returned to the lobby after each win as expected. Despite this, my wins were not recorded.

Additionally, I'm experiencing an issue with the Blackout challenges. Although I have completed the required objectives, the challenge progress is not updating and the associated rewards are not being granted.

Expected Result

All 4 Battle Royale wins should be counted correctly.

Battle Royale progression and statistics should update after each completed match.

Blackout challenge progress should track correctly.

All earned Blackout rewards should be unlocked automatically.

Actual Result

4 legitimate Battle Royale wins were not counted.

Blackout challenge progress does not update.

Blackout challenge rewards remain locked despite completing the requirements.
