battlefield 6 challenges bug and inactivity disconnect with active play

I’m facing an issue where there are challenges that I complete — I even see the checkmark on them — but I don’t receive the reward. The biggest problem is that the Kord weapon cannot be obtained; even though I’ve met the requirements and the challenge is completed, it’s still locked in the Loadout.

In addition, it has happened several times that when I use a drone with the scout, the game kicks me out for inactivity. In many cases, when the match ends, I also don’t receive the reward because a timeout screen appears, and the game disconnects in the same way.
