Battlefield 6 "Five-by-five" Trophy issue

I am reporting a potential bug with the "Five-by-five" trophy. Despite spending hours focused on this challenge, it won't unlock. I’ve performed several simultaneous triple kills as the Assault class, even achieving 7+ kills in rapid sequences, but nothing is recorded.

I tried to attach video evidence of these attempts, but the 75MB attachment limit on this platform makes it impossible to upload high-quality gameplay clips as proof. This is frustrating because I cannot show exactly how the game is failing to track my progress.

Is this a known bug? Are there hidden requirements? Also, is there an in-game tracker where I can verify my current progress? I need to know if my efforts are being counted or if the system is completely glitched.
