Battlefield veteran rewards

Hello everyone!

I still haven't received the veteran rewards announced on December 12th.

EA Help hasn't been very helpful... 

For your information, I own Battlefield 6 on Steam and all the other Battlefield games on EA Play, and my Steam and EA Play accounts have been linked for quite some time.

 I received the Road to Battlefield 6 Battle Pass rewards for Battlefield 2042 and the beta rewards, both played on EA Play. I don't understand why everyone else has received the veteran rewards and I haven't.

 PS: There are no messages in my in-game inbox, neither new nor old.
