Battlefields 6 Season 1 PRO Pass rewards glitched and unusable.

When purchasing the Season Pass for Battlefield 6 on the Steam. I opted for the PRO version. However, the skins and weapon rewards that come with the standard version of the Season Pass have not been granted. I hope you can fix this issue promptly, as it has severely impacted our gaming experience.
