Completed multiple game and in the game completed weekly challenges, earned tokens would appear at the end of game screen however battlepass would not progress and would state "no progress earned". restarted game multiple times and nothing worked and am now missing ~20 tokens from progress.
Same issue here, but on Xbox. The current battle pass item has all the points but will not unlock nor will it progress at all despite challenges being completed.
Hello,
I got the same issue (on PC). I have 2 screenshots, one before a game and one after.
The first one I got 3043 XP left and the second one I got 6560 Xp left.
I do not have the BP.
this is the same spot mines stuck at haha, figured a game restart would fix it but 3 restarts and no further progress.
I also played for an hour and completed several missions, but got 0 XP for the battle pass.
I just chat with the EA support and for me. I just restart my game wait a little bit and go to the BP.
If the restart do not work for you. The agent told me you needed to contact EA support. (It took me less than 10 minutes)
I had the same issue.
What fixed it for me was:
This worked for me, although I can’t guarantee it will fix every case.
Despite restarting the game several times, it seems the problem stays. I find it quite weird that it would be a game files integrity issue, given I'd wager it's tracked both client-side and server-side. Guess I'll be contacting support.
yeah I did all 3 of these, played through multiple games and still had the issue persisting. Fully closed, restarting and verifying integrity didn’t work.
Same for me, restarting did move the battle pass along slightly but now it's just stuck on the next level. Some extra screenshots of the end of game screen where you can see the completed challenge and the glitched battle pass screen
i contacted support and they were no help at all and closed my ticket.. not impressed lol
