Beeping, Freezing Since 1.1.1.5 (Report ID issued) Strange Issues Followed
Hi everyone—
I received a real time ID "a58e5e8f-eece-40d7-b043-0343f50ebb9d" from the EA server on November 12, 2025, for my incident report via the "EA Error Reporter" of the Help menu on the EA Launcher application. I submitted this report to the EA in good faith to seek prompt and transparent resolution. However, I haven't received a reply from the EA.
The beeping was not caused by the so-called categorized “known issues and their solutions” caused by typical hardware or software inconsistencies.
Below is an outline of the issue:
1. Occurrence: November 12, 2025, approximately 18:00 ~ 19:00 JST
2. Description
During an active session of Battlefield 6 (1.1.1.5), an unauthorized remote intrusion was detected, and the incident involved an abrupt and unilateral disconnection from the internet, coinciding with apparent unauthorized access to and manipulation of the system’s local physical memory area.
Scope and Observed Effects:
* Audible system anomalies (beeping noises) occurred during gameplay.
* Windows Explorer automatically revealed both:
(a) the directory containing the November 2025 Windows 10 system update backups, and
(b) the storage location of Battlefield 6.
I resolved this crash with the beeping issue by swapping four physical memory units on my PC and unplugging/re-plugging all cords to make it doubly sure.
Strange issues follow after this solution.
3. Shortly after the 1.1.1.5 update, unknown short-period-of-time updates have attempted stealthily to EA Launcher and the Battlefield 6 application when I start launching them.
4. Whispering An unrecognizable English voice emits shortly before selecting any in-game starts.
5. EA Launcher—Window size set to the minimal results in reverting to the default setting.
6. Kill counter mechanism for MULTIPLAYER in-game score shows an incorrect number of kills, mostly lower than I count.
7. While in-game sessions, suddenly the game crashes and the following message pops up:
TIMED OUT
Your session timed out from inactivity, and you've been disconnected.
CLOSE
8. On November 18, when I tapped on "CASUAL BREAKTHROUGH," the following was displayed despite it having been installed:
INSTALL MULTIPLAYER
MULTIPLAYER is not installed on your system. Reinstall to begin playing.
