BF6 issues

Having many problems. 

Spawn loadout map keeps zooming me off the edge

I have several twitch drop cosmetics that I have claimed but I haven't received them in the game. 

Hit registration in the game is shocking (getting hit markers and yet an enemy seems to one shot me (but has hit me several times according to kill cam) and I discover I only did 10 damage!

TTK and TTD are apparent all the time. 1 frame deaths very common and also dying behind walls and cover 

The menu settings are buggy and day to day it seems that my settings have reverted to default. It's a time consuming process
