Black Screen After Respawning on Deploy Beacon in CBQ TDM

Can confirm, I'm getting same results. After respawning using beacon the UI for "Respawn" or "Call for Medic" remains on screen. If you press space bar it will cause you to respawn even though you've already spawned on the beacon.
