Black Screen After Respawning on Deploy Beacon in CBQ TDM

When playing in CBQ mode, Squad Deathmatch, or Team Deathmatch, I consistently encounter a rendering bug after respawning on a Deploy Beacon.

After selecting the beacon and spawning, my “Call for Medic” icon briefly stays on screen as if I’m still downed. A few seconds later, the entire world goes black — all textures and environments disappear, but the HUD remains visible.

I can still move, shoot, hear footsteps and audio, and even interact with the environment, but the game world itself is completely blacked out. It looks like the game believes I’m still in a “downed” or “death transition” state even though I’ve respawned.

Once in a while it will flash black but you will hear the overtime damage if you were dying  on the floor.

Notes:
Happens every time on Deploy Beacon spawns.
Using Steam version on PC.
DirectX 12 enabled. Switching to DX11 did not fix it.
Occurred after the October 2025 update.
