Bradley IFV gunner scope appearing over infantry pov

This happens mostly on Firestorm or Blackwell Fields (thankfully two of the worst maps). I get the Bradley gunner pov when playing infantry, also get some weird depth of field effect making my weapon and close foreground go blurry. This will switch on for about 5-10 seconds and then off for maybe 20, then repeat. I think it is more likely to happen when I have entered/exited a vehicle during the match.
