Seeing that more players are experiencing the same issue should be a clear sign that this deserves, at the very least, a moment of attention from someone on the team. What truly unsettles me is not the bug itself, but the silence surrounding it.
No game is perfect, and no community expects perfection. What we do expect is a basic level of presence. We paid for a product, we trusted the team behind it, and right now many of us are unable to progress in a time-limited event with no indication of whether the issue is recognized, investigated, or even seen. That absence of acknowledgment leaves us in a place of uncertainty that feels far worse than any technical malfunction.
A simple confirmation like “We’re aware of the problem” would already demonstrate respect for the time players invest and the support we’ve shown for this game. When even that doesn’t come, it unintentionally sends a message that our reports and our time do not matter. And I refuse to believe that this is the intention of the team or the moderators.
The community is not asking for immediate solutions or overnight fixes. We are only asking for the smallest gesture of transparency, something that reflects the same good faith we’ve shown by reporting issues honestly and patiently. Silence may seem harmless from the outside, but from where we stand, it creates a growing sense of being dismissed.
And honestly, I appreciate Xanatoxx for stepping in and confirming he is facing the same problem. It should not fall on regular players to provide the reassurance that the official team has not given us, but I am genuinely grateful he did. It speaks volumes when the community ends up doing the bare minimum that should have come from moderation in the first place.
