Bug Report – CX-12 Melee Weapon Locked After Unlock Bonus Path Completed

Dear EA / Battlefield Support Team,


I am writing to report an issue regarding the CX-12 melee weapon (Ice Climbing Axe) from the recent event bonus path in Battlefield 6.

During the event period, I fully completed the bonus path requirements and successfully unlocked the CX-12 melee weapon. After unlocking it, I was able to equip and use it in-game without any issues.

However, after the event ended, the weapon is now showing as locked again in my loadout. I no longer have access to equip or use it, despite having completed all required tiers and previously using it in matches.
This appears to be a progression or synchronization issue, as my event completion was properly registered at the time and the weapon was functioning normally in my inventory.

Could you please investigate this matter and verify my account progression? I would appreciate restoration of the unlocked CX-12 melee weapon if possible.
