Campaign collectible missing (Spoilers!)

I am also missing 1 collectible from Always Faithful (Mission 1). Its the second collectible you find on the chest with ammo near the spotter team on the hill. I found it the first time I played the mission but I did not get credit for it so I replayed it again and its not there. 

I have this exact issue as well.  I missed it at first, ran back into the gray zone and picked it up, didnt pop up, i died and now it's gone.

Basically locked out of completing the campaign, i can't move forward  in the mission until my goblin brain is has gotten the shiny dog tag. 

I am also missing 1 collectible from Always Faithful (Mission 1). Its the third collectible, I went up and took it before planting the second C4 and it just doesn't register, I've replayed the mission 4 times now and its just gone now. 

So I have checked on internet and this particular dog tag is number #2 in the last mission, and not the #3.
I have not found the last one and I mistook the #2nd collectible for #3rd and #3rd for #4th, when I have not seen the last one yet

So you have the same situation, there are still two collectibles to be found by you

Sorry to create confusion, but you are good still two more collectibles in the mission for you to find.

You are good you have first two collectibles in this mission, the #3 is ahead of you when you will zipline to the roof

Once you have collected the tag, you have it, you don't have to run through and grab them all again on a re-try (this is why the tags you do have don't show up on a re-try). You can just play the mission again if you finished it and just grab the missing tags, this is useful if you clear a mission but realise you missed a tag.

I think people on this thread alrerady knows this.
Its not so much that its gone, its that it doesn't register for the collectible achievement even when picked up...

CPU_UK​ But I haven't picked up the dog tag? Specifically the first dog tag (#2 collectable) on the first mission. It never showed up in the first place. It's bugged.

Must be a new bug, I missed one tag on my first run through the entire solo and had to play the first mission again. The tags I already had were not  there, but the one I missed was. 

Has anyone found a solution to this problem yet or is EA going to drop the ball on us?
