Can't play BF6 on a Gaming Internet Cafe

So I've been trying to play BF6 though the EA app in a Gaming Internet Cafe and whenever I try to launch

 the game I've been getting the same error for 3 weeks now. When staff tried the game themselves they don't have the same issue but my other mate does.

"Unable to connect to the EA servers. Please check your Internet connection, make sure the Platform Client is online and try again. Please see ea.com/unable-to-connect for more information." Error Code 1:8600 2S:66003S:4688822970:08

    so staff can play bf6 on that same pc but you are not able to ? because thats a firewall issue

    Hi Tommy,

    May i ask at which specific gaming cafe you are playing? We are also hosting a gaming cafe in the Netherlands but we can't manage to start the game as it won't launch the anti cheat software because the game is installed on a server.
