Hi, I have watched the bf6 beta steams and claimed all the twitch drops, and I also have linked the steam account and twitch account to the ea account, but just as i login to the game, it seems the drop rewards are still locked, please help
Bro I'm going threw the same thing. I just got the new ones for today but my old ones aren't there. ( Imperial soldier skin, landslide soldier skin, shattered vehicle skin, mimics weapon package) are not there although I claimed them the same way I did these new ones doesn't make sense. And it says they are claimed just like the new ones but they weren't there for launch. It might be fixed by tomorrow
Same problem here, I received all the items from October 10th drops, but not the older drops

having the same issue, many others i know are as well, hope EA addresses this as long time fans and collectors of content would really appreciate a resolution to this easily fixable issue.

I'm having the same issue. 6 Twitch drops earned. Accounts linked. Still locked in game. I have reached out to EA HELP and they asked me to look here too.
Just came to add same here and everyone thinks i am crazy because they received theirs.

I have the same problem.
obtained through Twitch drops in the beta are missing. Only I have unlocked the Imperial Soldier Skin.
EA technical support has informed me that this is a known issue and that many players are experiencing it. They are working on it, but they don't know when it will be resolved.
Same says they are claim but still locked in game.
