Can't unlock twitch drops

Hi, I have watched the bf6 beta steams and claimed all the twitch drops, and I also have linked the steam account and twitch account to the ea account, but just as i login to the game, it seems the drop rewards are still locked, please help

I have bf6 through steam and skins are also still locked.

Has anyone received these yet?
Pretty much everyone I know earned and claimed these drops and not a single person seems to have received them.

I still haven't received my Twitch pre-release drops and daily login rewards.
