Challenges not unlocking equipment

I've completed a few challenges, but noticed that the items are not unlocking.

So far this is what i've found.

Assault 1 never gave me the deploy beacon. It's showing as completed but still locked.

Rapid Fire 2 never gave me the NVO

Close Quarters 1 never gave me the SCW

I'm also noticing that Unit challenges are not properly tracking. I'll see after a match that I've gained progress in the challenge [Sometimes even completing it like using C4 to take out Tanks with 2 people in it multiple times], but after the game it doesn't register it as being completed like it showed in the in game pop up.

I've already done all the troubleshooting I could find. Closed out the game, closed steam totally, rebooted the computer, attempted to go into a game and finish it out completely. Looked up the challenges themselves that i've completed to do them AGAIN to see if that forced it through. Nothing has worked for me.
