Controller phantom inputs.

There is an issue with controllers both Xbox and dualsense where there are phantom inputs on the deploy screen which goes to the upper left. In tanks there is an issue where they pull to the right. I've tested it on 6 controllers and the same issue persists. Not stick drift.
