DONT BUY GAME VIA STEAM: Missing Open Beta Rewards

Hi, I've played the Battlefield 6 Open Beta on my EA Account through Origin but I've bought the game on sale on Steam but when I login I have no Open Beta rewards, even as I've completed all of them on my EA Account under ______ and my Steam account is linked to my Origin, but my in game is my Steam username so I assume it is not linked properly. Can you please transfer my Open Beta rewards onto my Steam Account

Please refer to Case #__________, it has been three days with no replies or updates since. Is there no SLA in EA support? I have refunded my game on Steam platform then bought BF6 on the EA account where I have played the open beta, and my rewards are still not shown in-game. It has been such an inconvenient process and I'd greatly appreciate an update. I'd like to fix this ASAP while sale/refund period is still ongoing
