Im having the same problem along with my sons pc also. I booted into the game yesterday morning. It loaded up fine. About 1-2 minutes sitting on the menu screen, it shows the c:\program files (x86)\evga\Kernel\driver-x64.sys` (Error 119). I researched this and this is EVGA precision x1 drivers that i use to control my 3080 ftw 3 card. It happened and gave the same error message to my son with his 5070 card. I have been using precision x1 since launch without issues.
I downloaded nvidias latest drivers two days ago and played all day with no issues. This happened yesterday morning. I had to uninstall EVGA precision x1 to play the game. This is ridiculous.
