Frame drops when in map to select where respawn

I have had this after the season 1 update. The first time I saw this issue was when I play REDSEC. The first time I played, I opened the map as framerate started to drop to ~65 but when I closed it, it got back to 100+ fps. The same thing happens in any mode that allow players to select where to respawn. I don't know if it's normal or not but it doesn't affect directly to when I'm playing anyway. Is this a bug or it's normal?
