Game randomly quits to desktop

This started happening a couple of weeks ago. Didn't have this issue before. The game randomly quits to desktop without any crash or error reports. There is no freezing before it quits either. Plays fine until the point it quits. 

Windows Event Viewer has this error in the Windows Logs > Application category whenever this happens

I already tried running the repair option for the anticheat service but that didn't help.

PC is running Windows 10

The description for Event ID 1 from source Application cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The message resource is present but the message was not found in the message table
