I am seeking the the free Battle Pass for BF6 due to the EA app outage.

Hello,

I am writing to formally request the free Season 1 and 2 of the Battle Pass promised to EA App users with BF6 Phantom Edition who were unable to access BF6 during the launch day outage on October 10, 2025. Despite being fully impacted by the service disruption, my account has not yet been granted the full access to the seasonal access EA publicly guaranteed in their official apology statement.
