As I have bought the horse year pack completed the horse year challenge and my career k/d is absolutely normal.
If it is determined to be account sharing due to IP change, please verify that this is not unauthorized access - I only use one device and never share or sell accounts;
Besides I haven't recieved a single email from EA to inform me the reason.
The reason I'm posting in here is I can't create an appeal normally.
It just says
Case not created.
We ran into an issue creating your case, but we're working on it. Wait a few hours and try again.
Back to Penalty History.
I have tried human help but still no receive, It just said
An advisor will email you soon
Your case number is #953597760
Stay tuned for a separate email from one of our advisors.
And Then no email from EA to my email address.
And EA won't let me change my email.

This is something you'll need to speak with support to look into further, so if you're having trouble creating a case please be sure your account details accurately reflect your other information to avoid potential issues.If you're still getting errors when trying to create a case, try using an incognito/private browser window and see if you're able to create a case while you're logged out of the account. You may also need to try a different browser and/or network entirely if that one is still causing trouble for you.

No, when I submit, it just required me to log in to EA.
