Echoing EA_LunardustCat, please give the web form a try. If submitting an appeal through your Penalty History page doesn't work, you'll need to contact live support and have them help you create an appeal manually. Thanks!

whx918 On the web form, please select 'View my EA account' as your issue and fill in the rest of the form as prompted. Once you click submit, you'll be redirected to a page with self-serve options, along with the option to chat with an advisor.

Then when an advisor. try to contact me, I JUST CANNOT RECEIVE YOUR EMAIL, THAT IS JUST WHY I AM UPDATING IT, PERFECT LOGIC LOOPHOLE.
SEE, NO EMAIL FROM YOUR ADVISOR. CAN I just create a seperate account to combine the information of these two EA Account?

Hi, my current account email is a Chinese NetEase email, and their server strictly blocks all emails from EA. I physically cannot receive your replies or verification codes. Before we talk about my ban, you MUST help me change my contact email to a Gmail/Outlook address, otherwise we will lose connection.
