Invisible Challenge Permanently Occupying 1 Slot in "Tracked" Tab

Description:

The Challenge Tracker under "Challenges" > "Tracked" is displaying incorrect capacity and appears to have an invisible challenge occupying one slot permanently, effectively limiting the usable tracker slots to 3 instead of the intended 4.

Expected Behavior:

• The "Tracked" tab should allow up to 4 challenges to be tracked simultaneously
• The "Tracked" tab should be empty and disappear when no challenges are marked to be tracked

Actual Behavior:

• Only 3 challenges can be added to the "Tracked" tab instead of 4
• When attempting to add a new challenge, the UI displays "Track (1 / 4)" indicating one slot is already occupied, but no other challenge is currently tracked
• The "Tracked" tab overview correctly disappears when no visible challenges are tracked, but the invisible challenge persists in the background
• This issue is permanent and has persisted since a few days after release

Troubleshooting attempted:

• Tracked and untracked all accessible challenges individually
• Restarted system and game multiple times
• Verified game is fully updated

This is a persistent issue that has never resolved since first appearing.

Steps to Reproduce:

Unable to reliably reproduce from a clean state, as the issue has been persistent since it first occurred. The bug appears to have originated after tracking various challenges during the first few days of gameplay.

Suspected Cause:

Possible data corruption or orphaned challenge reference in player profile/save data that is not being cleared through "untracking" or by completing a challenge.
