Is there anybody else who still didn’t get the open beta rewards like me?

So I bought the game a couple of weeks ago, I played the beta and got all the rewards but they don’t show up for me in the full release. I checked the connected accounts and everything checks out. (I played the beta on PS5 and bought the full game on steam)
I didn’t get the e-mail sub reward either, or the 25 tier skips for BF pro.
