I've been banned for no reason.

Dear EA support,

I have received notification that my Battlefield 6 account has been permanently banned as of November 1, 2025. The reason given is “Improving the gaming experience” in BATTLEFIELD LIVE SERVICES, specifically the use of unauthorized methods to circumvent restrictions or improve gaming capabilities.

I want to assure you that I am innocent of this violation. Throughout my entire gaming history, I have:

Never used memory reading programs (cheats), macros, mods that give an advantage, or any other type of unauthorized software.

Never attempted to manipulate the game process, game files, or network traffic in any way.

All of my in-game achievements, statistics, and performance are solely the result of my personal skills and time spent playing the game.

I understand and fully support the anti-cheating policy, as cheating ruins the gaming experience for all honest players. However, in this case, I myself have been the victim of an error. It is possible that the ban was caused by malware on my computer, a false positive from anti-cheat software, or some other technical error.

I kindly ask you to carefully recheck my account data and log files to ensure that there have been no violations on my part. I value your game product and would like to continue being part of the Battlefield community, playing honestly.

I would be grateful for your response and review of my punishment.

  • We are in same boat. I still waiting response from EA from 25 Oct until now it "Waiting on Studio" and just only update date by date. I hope Battlefield studio will solve our problem about this falsely banned.
