Lagged out in underground

My team and I were playing redsec quads on Xbox series x, high speed internet direct wired not WiFi and we went in the new underground tunnel above chemical. We were fine until we went by the loading dock with the trailer backed up to it, encountered an enemy, killed one of them and then all 3 of us completely lagged out. One of my teammates was kicked all the way back to the Xbox home page.
