level Progress not counting After 12 AM

Hello EA Support,

I’m having an issue where my level progress doesn’t count after 12 AM. I keep playing and earning XP, but my level doesn’t increase or update after that time. Everything works fine before midnight, but once it passes 12 AM, the XP stops being added.

Could you please check what’s causing this problem and help me fix it?
