Lighting issues and black areas on the Eastwood map.

I'm having lighting issues with some parts of the map turning completely black and sometimes with very bright light, which is drastically reducing game performance. In the video, you can see that these problems are concentrated in certain areas of the map where you can't see anything but black particles against the light.
