M250 model clipping

Not exactly a bug, just a model that got overlooked

When you reload the M250, you flip the feed tray cover over to the side. This cover then clips through the completely unnecessary picatinny rail mounted to a picatinny rail and and any long scopes that over hang the feed cover.

It's a pretty straight forward fix: remove the unnecessary picatinny rail and move the longer scopes forward onto the feed cover and make them flip to the side with the cover when reloading.
