M417 Model Clipping

There isn't a good tag for this so just hit all the platforms. On the M417 model the short barrel is too short. The end of barrel does not extend past the gas block causing the various muzzle devices to clip through the hand guard and/or gas block. These issues do not appear on the M417's other barrel options.
