Matchmaker Splits Squads Up, Using Squad Management Causes Crash to Desktop

The crash happens more than 50% of the time if you try to use the squad management function when you're spawned into a match, I'm not sure if it makes a difference if you're dead. You open squad management -> click on a squad and you will immediately crash to desktop.

I only found out that it was this consistent because the game keeps splitting my lobby squads across multiple in-game squads every other round.

Steam version, Windows 11, RTX 4080/Ryzen 5800X3D. Very fresh Windows installation, latest drivers.
