Missing Compensation


I still haven't received the 12 career boosters and 12 hardware boosters that Battlefield Studios promised to distribute to affected players. I purchased the Phantom Edition through the EA app on PC (regretfully) only to be unable access the content on launch day. It took them 6 hours to roll out a fix.

They said they have distributed the rewards to all affected player, but clearly there has been an issue with their distribution system. EA support is absolutely useless. They wont take any accountability.

    I pre-ordered the Battlefield 6 Phantom edition, was affected by the start day outage (content not accesible, "buy again"). On Twitter (X) it was announced that a compensation will be issued (XP boosters and Season 2 pass), but I did not receive anything yet... I'm well aware where to look for boosters etc. I've checked yesterday and nothing is present.

    Same. EA app pre-order, couldn't play at launch due to the outage, never received the promised compensation. Support lying and saying everyone already got compensated when that's clearly not the case.

    Same here, I pre-ordered on EA App & could not play for 12+ hours thanks to the outage.
    I feel like I got scammed since they promised us compensation but never delivered, instead they backed out & said I am not eligible. Even though I have video & photo evidence

    Same here, I pre-ordered on EA App and on launch all I could do was the "fix" where you had to spam click to join a portal match. No compensations or the battlepass access, as promissed.

    they are not going to help. i just got off the EA help with them and basically was told to come here and post. there was nothing more they could do. im glad i had my stream going and everyone got to see what was said. i have all the proof. i have the screen shots of the game not working that day i have the case number created for the issue that day and i have the transcript of the conversation i had with the person regarding the game not working that day. and still they say that i will not get the compensation that was promised. EA Help is a joke

    Same here, still no "Compensation" tbh I won't care about the XP Boosters as long as we actually get the Season Pass.

    With EA washing their hands of this and saying everyone has had the items, I do wonder if anyone actually got the items at all or it was all just a marketing ploy to look like they were doing something good.

    Same issue. EA just told me I am a liar and that I am not eligable for the compensation even though I got an email saying that I was due the compensation package.

    They just keep closing my cases and referring me to live chat which I only got to work once out of about 30 tickets so far and was told nothing they can do.

    Then they just tell you to go vent on the forums so here I am.

    Guys we all need to go to the better business beurou (BBB) and complain about this. Its the only way to get a resolution.

    J'ai précommander BF6 en édition Phantom sur l'EA App, je n'ai toujours pas reçu mes compensations liées au problème de lancement du jeu le soir du 10 octobre ! Etant fidèle à cette licence, je trouve ca scandaleux que d'autres joueurs la reçoivent et que nous non..

    J'espère qu'on les recevra un jour !

    where is my compensation for the lack of:
    - full size battlefield maps
    - community run ranked Servers for clans
    - display the names of other people in the same vehicle
    - hit detection
    - crossplay being an option for PC instead of mandatory
    - an intuitive UI where I don't have to click 12 spots to review and alter my loadout
    - names of game modes in the MP selection instead of misleading "CBQ lockdown" for King of the hill and domination

    Where is all of this? One month after release?

    Stop letting yourself getting distracted by some nonsense XP compensation, instead hold them accountable to deliver us Battlefield!!
